From the day you were born and we first layed eyes on you...
you captured our hearts...
and our attention!
We would sit and watch all of your many faces and be entertained by all of your cute little baby
coo's and noises.
From the very beginning, you were always daddy's little pal...
and of course you've always been mommy's lil' guy!
Your 3 older sister's couldn't wait for us to bring you home!
They had long anticipated your arrival and they were all so excited that you
had finally
made your entrance into this world!
Our home was full of pink princesses, hair bows and flowers
and then you came along and added
trucks, trains, cars, balls and all sorts of shades of blue!
Although...
your sisters still made sure that they kept the "princess theme" going, even with you!
and at the time, you didn't seem to mind!
But we all soon realized that you would march to the beat of your own drum!
and do just as most boys do....
you got a little older and picked on them some too!
Caleb, you have completed our family in the most perfect way!
You have brought us nothing but complete joy every single day!
You have brought happiness to our lives in a much different, messy and boyish kind of way.
Today, we are celebrating you!
Celebrating 3 years of your precious little life!
We were just thinking about how quickly time has gone, it seems like just yesterday we
dedicated you to the Lord and you were so small and fragile in our arms.
We thought back to your first bath...
your first smile....
your very first step....
And the list goes on and on....
We remember everything and there is still so much more to do.
So many more memories to make with you!
